Product Description
These are Revolver Supply Premium moon clips. They are chambered in both 9 MM and 38 Super.
We have tightened up the critical dimensions of our original part. They now hold the brass a bit more firmer.
They are 0.035" thick, made from high carbon steel and are heat treated and a Nickel plating finish is applied. They have been tested with Winchester, Remington, Federal and Starline brass.
The carbon steel design is useful if you have the moon clip holders that have magnets to hold the loaded moon clips.
The plating process will add 0.001" to 0.002" of thickness to each moon clip. So use these for a tighter fit than the blued 0.035" moon clips.

Rounds fall out of clipa
I am using a BMT Mooner. loader. I don't know if it is the loader or the clips but two or three rounds fall out of the clip about everytime I load eight.

929 Moon Clips .035-.040
just ordered more .040 clips for my 929. I had already bought some .035 nickle clips and they worked well with all of my misc brass. I was worried that the .040 would be to thick for the cylinder so George sent me a few to try and they functioned fine, they really snug up the brass and feed very well into the titanium cylinder.

Good Moon Clip
9 mm PMC factory 115 gr ammo snaps in by hand without the need for the moon clip tool. Still has a fair amount of "wobble" so you must go vertical with the cylinder before dropping in the loaded moon clip. If you don't go vertical, odds are good you will not get a clean reload. The moon clip loading tool with arbor is 1st class.

Good Product
I use Starline 9mm brass and the Nickel moonclips are just slightly firmer than the blued version and work well. I have recommended them to fellow 929 shooters on the S&W forum. Good product.
