Many users have asked for a smaller tool to insert rounds into moon clips.
Well we took our patented design used in the Ultimate Moon Clip Tool and applied the principals to this Pocket Moon Clip Tool.
This tool has an interchangeable arbor to hold the moon clip in position for loading.
A lever to provide mechanical advantage while inserting the round into the moon clip.
The key patented feature is that we have converted the circular motion in the lever into the linear motion of the pusher.
All the forces are applied in a straight line and used to insert the round into a moon clip.
Other tools of this type swing through an arc and apply forces not in line with inserting a round into a moon clip.
These other tools are more likely to damage (bend) the moon clips.
And it's noticeably more difficult to insert the round as the lever moves through it's arc.
This tool makes for a great addition to any range bag.
