It will remove the smaller diameter rounds such as 9 MM, & 38/357 Magnum.
This unloader fits correctly so that you are not bending the moon clip. It is a short tube and all 7 unloaded 9 MM rounds will fit in it.

Works perfectly. I’d really love to have another, with a longer handle, so I can easily strip all 8 929 9mm cases off at one pass. I understand the 8 round moonclip unloader is made from a slightly larger diameter tube. If such a product is available, I’ll order one immediately.
